Biography: Following in his fathers footsteps, Louis Rukeyser is a financial expert and Wall Street inspiration. Most known for his shows Wall Street Week with Louis Rukeyser, and Louis Rukeyser's Wall Street Louis has also published two financial newsletters. Rukeyser was one of the first people to create a television show on focused on Wall Street, and he took pride in it. It was with flair and sophistication that he used his show Wall Street Week to inform the general public about the hidden works and wonders of the stock market. The long lived show (32 years) was aired on PBC and was produced by Maryland Public Television. Some, many in fact may just see Louis as a serious businessman, but that is not accurate at all. Louis was well known for his humorous and pun-filled remarks. For example, when answering a letter on investing in a hairpiece manufacturer, Louis stated "if your money seems to be hair today and gone tomorrow, we'll try to make it grow back by giving the bald facts on how to get your investments toupee." Louis was a fun-loving kind of guy, and gives a good name to all the businessmen out there.

Unfortunately, Louis passed away from multiple myeloma, a cancer of the immune system and plasma cells, in his home in Greenwich, Connecticut.
